Nicole Karjane, MD
Dr. Nicole Karjane is a Professor in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, where she holds a joint appointment in the department of Pediatrics and has served as Ob/Gyn Residency Program Director since 2012. completed her residency training in 2004 at VCU in Richmond, Virginia, where she has remained ever since. Dr. Karjane is active in clinical and educational research and has received numerous teaching awards for her efforts in medical education. In addition to her busy clinical and academic practice, she is active in multiple professional societies including the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Association for Professors of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the Council on Residency Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and the North American Society for Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology. She served in CREOG leadership since 2017 and is a regional and national expert in Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology as well as HPV and its related disease.
