Christina Jennings
Christina N. Jennings, MSN, MS, is a Woman’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner currently meeting the health needs of the underserved in the Richmond City Health District. As a member of the Richmond City Health District Speakers Bureau, she is often invited to address audiences on the topic of Human Trafficking. She has participated in the 2018 ImPACT Youth Safety Summit on Human Trafficking which was held at the Capital One Commons. She returns this year to the 2019 Medical Symposium hosted by ImPACT to support this vial atrocity against victims of all ages. Christina incorporates a unique blend of professional practice with music and nursing which she has maintained throughout her career. She holds undergraduate degrees in music and nursing. She holds Distinguished Honors from St. Francis University, Master in Health Education from Penn State University, Summa Cum Laude, and Master in Nursing with specialty certification as a Woman’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner from Old Dominion University with honors. She if founder and Director of Brahms Workshop Music Studio located in Glen Allen, Virginia. She is the founder of New Hope Children’s Home Music School, located in Kerala, India, a school serving orphans in the Kottayam area. Christina is an active member of Classical Encounter String Ensemble and Jefferson Baroque. She has performed with many groups including Cassie-Seligmann-Reynolds Piano Trio, Alamogordo Chamber Ensemble, El Paso Symphony, Capital Opera of Richmond, and numerous Pit Orchestras including Sound of Music, Carousel, South Pacific, and Into the Woods. She is also active in music ministry at Victory Tabernacle Church of God where she serves in a leadership position with Victory Strings.
