Angie Harbour will discuss the basics of human trafficking research: Why it is needed for policy change, the importance of finding mentors, how to use available resources, considerations when working with vulnerable patient populations, the overall process of IRB, data collection, analysis, submission, as well as journal selections. After introducing the importance of studying human trafficking, Angie will transition into the general research project.
